Today’s DVD review is for the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. This DVD is divided into 3 sections which you can customize to your fitness level. I chose all three workouts.

My goal for my first post was to try out Jillian Michaels-30 day Shred workout and give you my thoughts. However, unforseen circumstances (the DVD wouldn’t play) prevented this from happening. Instead I jumped/skipped rope for 20 min. Later I goofed around with my Husband, Matt at the gym....
