Good Monday to you all! I rather enjoyed today’s DVD-which was from the 10 minute solution series.  I performed 4 of the 5-ten minute cardio burner workouts with no special equipment required.  Cardio Burner Workout 1-A lower intensity designed to warm up your body.  I definitely broke out in a little sweat from this though.

Cardio Maxed Out

Today’s DVD review is for the Biggest Loser Cardio Max.  This DVD is divided into 3 sections which you can customize to your fitness level.  I chose all three workouts.  Workout #1- Bob Harper heads this 20 min cardio with some upper body strength training mixed in (you need 3-5 lb hand weights).
